Yoga is especially effective in promoting creativity, clarity and focus, building appreciation of others/teamwork, recognizing/managing anxiety and stress, and helping to alleviate the following issues: eye strain, carpal tunnel syndrome, symptoms of allergies/sinus disease, migraines, sleeplessness, fatigue and back pain.
Yoga capsules contain information and a set of yoga practices selected to help meet your specific health goals.
